The storm PSR is, from what i can tell, a portable rail gun; as in, it uses magnetism to fire projectiles, hence why you can charge it.

The M1911 is in the game, and is shown here: That pistol he's holding is the new M1911. What you can't see is the grip, but from other screenshots it's exactly like the MW1 grip except is black.
